The door furniture in this section has been specially selected with the elderley or less able in mind. The furniture has all been constructed using roundbar as it is not sharp and all handles use levers in preference to knobs as these do not require a twist of the wrist. The return to door style stops hands from falling off the end of the lever and helps prevent clothing such as sleeves or loose knit garments getting caught, and pulling the wearer off balance. All furniture is constructed from either 19mm or 22mm aluminium section as narrow style section can be painful for arthritic hands to curl around.
