Satin Brass Rim Locks

Rim locks are fitted to the face of a door as opposed to being morticed into the door edge. There are various types of rim locks available including rim deadlocks and rim latches. Our satin brass rim lock can be locked with a key and is used in conjunction with rim knobs. Rim locks are typically used on internal doors where a high leverl of security is not required.

Satin Brass Rim Knobs

Our satin brass rim knobs are suitable for use with rim locks. We have various designs available including a plain mushroom rim knob or the more decorative satin brass reeded rim knobs. Rim knobs comprise of a pair of knobs but only one rose. The door knob without the rose fits directly up against the rim lock and the door knob with the rose is fitted to the opposite side of the door.

You can buy our rim locks and knobs individually or we have rim lock sets which include the lock and the knobs as a set. Buying this way offers a reduction in cost.
