Polished chrome letter plate or interior tidy with metal flap and plastic chrome effect frame. This letter plate is suitable for use on either the inside or the outside of the door. A compression gasket behind the flap ensures a weather tight seal. There is an integral brush strip on the aperture for greater insulation. Approximate dimensions: Overall size measures 292x76mm, letter plate aperture measures 250x40mm, fixing centres 275mm. Letter plate opens 135 degrees and conforms to British Standards.
Can be fitted to a new cut out up to 266mmx54mm. The inside bottom edge of the letterplate aperture is set flush with the bottom of the door cut out. As the frame and the flap are made from different materials these components can have slightly different shades of chrome. The plastic frame has a mould injection mark in the centre of the long edge, this is part of the manufacturing process and unavoidable.
