Antique brass 152mm window restrictor quadrant stay from Heritage Brass. Features a turn button which when tightened, locks the stay in place restricting the opening of the window. The button can be tightened at any point along the length of the stay allowing the user to determine the desired opening. Fixing screws are included.
Fitted in the same way as a casement stay, to the bottom rail of the window and the receiver to the frame. The screw down receiver is tightened to retain the window in the closed position or can be screwed at any point along the stay to fix the window at the desired opening.
