Matt Black 60mm Mushroom Mortice Door Knobs

Stylish matt black mortice door knobs, sold in pairs. The mushroom shaped black door knobs have a smooth, contemporary finish and feature a concealed rose as part of the design. An inner plate is screwed to the face of the door and the door knobs screw onto this plate. A grub screw in the neck of the knobs is then tightened against the spindle for additional fixing strength. These beautiful knobs would create an amazing contrast when fitted against a white door or equally create a stunning effect against natural oak. Knob diameter is 60mm, rose diameter is 63mm and projection is approximately 70mm. The black door knobs are cast from solid brass before being matt black coated. They are unsprung and should be used in conjunction with a heavy duty mortice latch. We would recommend a 3in (76mm) latch to prevent the knuckles from catching on the frame when turning the knobs.
