PVCU Door Concealed Restrictor Stay

Concealed restrictor stay for fitting to PVCU doors. Typically fitted to UPVC conservatory doors, patio doors or French doors to limit the angle of opening, preventing damage to walls, fences, downpipes etc. The stay fits into the Euro groove profile at the top of the door and when closed the unit is fully concealed. When the door is open, the arm and head plate are visible. The channel track is 16mm wide x 330 long, 16mm is always the size of the Euro groove in PVCU doors.

The concealed restrictor is suitable for use on both inward and outward opening doors. It has an opening angle of 125 degrees but features a nylon end stop which allows smaller opening angles to be set. Friction can also be adjusted by means of a screw in the sliding nylon block to give more control over the door. Be careful when fitting not to over-tighten this screw as this will cause damage to both the door and the restrictor. Fixing screws are not included with this product.
