Corrected my error, with no hassle.

I ordered a set of door handles and latches from Door Furniture Direct, but being the idiot that I am, I put the address of my old property(recently moved home). I hadn't even noticed my error until the parcel was on the way. In a panic I telephoned Door Furniture Direct, who were really helpful, and didn't make me feel bad for the error. The lady whom I spoke to contacted the courier and arranged a redirection to my new address. The door handles have arrived safely and are better quality than I could have expected for the price paid. Thank you so much for the brilliant service and help.

Handles I purchased are a good quality…

Handles I purchased are a good quality product. The only snag was that the manufacturer (M.Marcus) seems to have poor quality control when it comes to packing; 3 handles, 2 with too few screws supplied. Contacted customer service and they sent out new screws immediately. Great customer service.
