Westminster satin nickel finish ball style mortice door knobs from Heritage Brass. Back plate diameter measures 64mm and projection is 79mm. These knobs are unsprung and should be fitted with a 3in heavy duty tubular latch to provide the spring action. Supplied in pairs complete with spindle and fixing screws.

Product Details

Mortice knobs are used in conjunction with either a mortice sashlock or a mortice latch. The spindle supplied with the knobs passes through the mortice lock or latch. When the knob is turned, the spindle rotates, operating the latch. Satin nickel is similar in finish to satin chrome but whilst chrome can appear to have a blueish tint, nickel has a yellow tint which maintains the contemporary finish but looks warmer to the eye.
