York Antique Brass Heavy Duty Tubular Latch 3in

York heavy duty, stronger sprung, tubular mortice latch with an antique brass face plate and receiver. This heavy duty latch is suitable for use with unsprung levers and mortice knobs as it is strong enough to provide the spring action. It features an 8mm spindle follower and cut outs suitable for use with bolt through fixings. The latch bolt can be easily turned and reversed for door handing. Overall latch length is 3in (76mm) and backset measurement (distance from the face plate to the centre of the spindle hole) is 57mm.
