Heavy Duty Sprung Door Stop and Holder

A heavy duty spring loaded door stop which can also be used to hold the door open. The door stop is floor mounted and features a heavy duty spring within the unit which acts as a shock absorber if the door is flung open, giving protection to the door and frame. Supplied complete with a stainless steel catch which is mounted to the door face. This catch engages with the hook arm on the door stop unit and holds the door in the open position. The door is released by pressing the hook arm with your foot. The hold open function can be disengaged if the unit is required to operate as a door stop only.

Suitable for doors up to 120kg in weight and manufactured from silver sprayed cast aluminium. Base size measures 90x55mm and is 110mm in height. The rubber door buffer measures 39mm in diameter. Fixings are not supplied with this unit.
