Satin brass finish flush hinge manufactured by Zoo Hardware. These flush interleaf door hinges require no morticing into the door or frame and can be fitted up to 3 times faster than a traditional mortice hinge. UKCA and CE marked, these Grade 11 door flush hinges measure 100x79x3mm (height x open width x thickness) and are suitable for use on 30 minute timber fire doors with no additional intumescent required. Successfully tested in accordance with the requirements of BS EN1935:2002, Grade 11. Also successfully fire tested in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1634-1. These heavy duty, durable hinges leave a minimal gap between the door and frame, reducing draughts. They are aesthetically pleasing as well as being highly functional. Sold in pairs complete with fixing screws.
