Security Door Guard Satin Chrome

Security door guard or privacy door latch, a high security easy to install alternative to a door chain. Ideally designed for applications with corridor to interior openings such as hotels, student accommodation and apartment blocks or for private residences. A simple touch on the top of the unit swings the arm across the door face restricting full access. A second touch slides the arm back into the flush position allowing the door to be opened. Unless it is engaged this unit does not interfere with the opening and closing of the door in any way. It features a silent operation, helps to prevent the door from being kicked in and has silicone pads mounted on the device to offer door protection.
