Silver Spring Loaded Kick Down Door Holder

Solid cast aluminium kick down door holder mounted to the bottom of a door and used for holding a door in the open position. Fitted to the push side of a door this holder is suitable for door to floor gaps of 51mm or less. It has a satinless steel spring to hold it in the vertical position when not in use and a rubber bumper that is held on with a screw. Door holder arm measures approximately 102mm.
