Aluminium surface mounted dropseal draught excluder with hood. Dropseals are fitted to the bottom of a door and automatically drop down each time the door is closed. Overall length measures 762mm but can be shortened by up to 115mm. As the door closes, the adjustable plunger is depressed against the frame, mechanically dropping the neoprene seal. Ideal in situations where floor fitted thresholds are not allowed. Supplied complete with fixing screws and end cover caps.

Product Details

This dropseal is reversible and the handing is easily reversed by following the instructions below:
1. Identify 2 holes in the back of the body, one with a retaining screw in place.
2. Remove retaining screw in rear of body.
3. Slide out mechanism by pulling out plunger end first, then removing from carrier.
4. Simply rotate the spring mechanism so the brass plunger is at the opposite end.
5. Slide spring mechanism back into aluminium housing.
6. Replace retaining screw in opposite hole in the back of the body.
7. Check operation.
