Polished brass indicator bolt. Inside lock plate measures 60 x 40mm (2.4in x 1.6in) and outside indicator plate measures 50 x 50mm (2in x 2in). Mainly used for toilet doors or where a place needs to show if it is vacant or engaged. The disc can be used on either the vacant and engaged display side or alternatively turned over to display green or red as per extra image.

Product Details

When the bolt is slid into the receiver plate, the door is locked. As the bolt is operated the white or vacant indicator viewed from the outside of the door, is replaced by the red or engaged indicator to show that the room is occupied. The plate fitted to the outside face of the door houses an emergency release facility that is usually operated by either a coin or a screwdriver. This allows emergency access to the room.
