Polished brass sash window fastener. Supplied in two halves, one for fitting to the window and the other to the frame. One half has an arm with a cut out and the other has a plate. To lock the window the arm is positioned at 90d so the cut out slots over the plate on the frame, preventing the window from opening. Each plate measures approximately 70x19mm. Fixing screws are included.
To be used on a side hung sash window where the window and the frame are flush when closed. The lever on the fastener is located over the plate on the receiver to retain the window in the closed position.
