Grade 304 satin stainless steel 4x3inx3mm ball bearing security dog hinge in pairs complete with screws. Hinge dimensions refer to the overall size with the hinge open lying flat. BS EN 1935 code 4|7|6|1|1|4|1|13 suitable for fire doors FD30 and FD60. Certifire approved CF733 and CE marked 1121 grade 13. Suitable for a maximum load of 120kg based on the use of 3 hinges.
When the door is closed, the dog bolt protrudes through the hole in the opposite leaf of the hinge offering extra security to the hinge side of the door.
